Meet Misty...

Misty Mullins Clackum graduated from the University of Alabama where she completed the ACEND-accredited Coordinated Program in Dietetics.  She is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years experience in a vast number of areas.  Most of her work focused on critical care nutrition in the Pediatric ICU as well as the delicate nutritional needs of patients in the Neonatal ICU.  Her specialties include (but not limited to) the gluten-free diet, diabetes, weight loss as well as failure to thrive in children, feeding issues, weight management, disordered eating, and diet education for the patient and their family.
